The Catching Fantail is a unique fly that can be fished at high speed or bounced along the bottom to imitate a shrimp or the like. The fly has been responsible for catching many species from New Zealand red snapper to several trevally species globally and pike and perch here in the UK. Works extremely well on both bright and dull weather conditions. A must have in every box. Tied on the highly regarded Gamakatsu SL12s, we haven't taken any chance on this fly and neither should you.
