After using strips of cloth and various other materials to fasten my made-up rods together I decided to look for something better. Upon searching the net there are many products available but a bit overpriced I thought. I then saw on the Serious Fishing site the Greys Prodigy Tip and butt protectors. They work perfectly and at a good price for the two.
